Briarwood's Mission
The mission of Briarwood Presbyterian Church (PCA) is to worship God and equip Christians to reach Birmingham to reach the world for Christ. Our Singles Ministry is dedicated to fulfilling this mission through Sunday school worship and teaching, Bible studies, prayer meetings, seasonal retreats, social activities, mercy ministry, community outreach, and overseas mission trips. The Graduates & Career ministry exists to build and equip an authentic community of committed single men and women who have a passion to know Christ in a deeper way through worship, service, and growth in our knowledge of the gospel, with the result of actively reproducing our faith in others to make disciples of Jesus Christ for the glory of God.

G&C Thanksgiving Meal - Volunteers NeededSunday, November 23rd at the Park’s Home will be our annual Thanksgiving Meal. We need volunteers to bring a dish. Please email Sarah Carter at sarahcarter252@gmail.com if you are interested in helping. We will then send an email to all volunteers with the list of dishes (sides, desserts, bread) that we will need and let you pick what you would like
to bring. |
Walk through Nativity - Volunteers Needed| December 10-12 (Wed-Fri) from 6:45pm-8:45pm. Briarwood will need 700 volunteers to share the true Christmas Story about our Lord Jesus. So grab a friend and sign up before November 24th by calling 776-5282, dropping by the Membership Office to fill out a form, or online at www.briarwood.org/nativity. There are several different ways to serve, and you can help for one, two or all three nights! |
